Beginning in junior year, you complete three clinical placements (one per semester), working with children and adults in a range of settings. During each placement you learn to design and lead sessions with clients and work toward independent leadership. You also develop skills documenting sessions and writing reports.
At the end of your four-year degree, you complete a six-month full-time internship. We arrange all internships and help you through the internship application process. We have 100 percent internship placement success for our students.
We have an active roster of more than 50 clinical training sites, including placements in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and outside the U.S. Below are examples of internships students have completed in the last three years.
