Undergraduate Music Therapy - Application and Financial Aid

Applying to the Program

Applying to the Music Therapy Program has two stages. In the first stage, you must apply to the College of Undergraduate Studies (CUS).

In addition to applying, you must arrange an audition by calling the Music Department at 610-647-4400 ext. 3453 or e-mailing musicdept@immaculata.edu. Please fill out the Music Department Application Form, and get more information about auditions here.

In order to be admitted into the Music Therapy Program, students must be admitted into both CUS and the Music Department.

If you are a West Chester University music student interested in music therapy, you can learn more about Immaculata’s affiliate program with WCU.

If you have any general questions about the Music Therapy Program, please feel free to contact Dr. Tony Meadows at ameadows@immaculata.edu or at 610-647-4400 ext. 3159.

Financial Aid

Merit scholarships are awarded to music therapy majors who demonstrate musical excellence and academic potential. In addition, Immaculata provides excellent financial aid packages for music students. Students in the music therapy program have been very successful in being nominated for and receiving University-wide academic merit scholarships, such as the Presidential Scholarship.
