Earning your associate degree in business administration provides an introduction to business, accounting, marketing, economics, and law. Foreign language courses are not yet available fully online.
The Bachelor of Science in Business Management provides a solid foundation in management principles, economics, accounting, finance, marketing, law, human resources, operations and strategy.

You’ll gain communication and negotiation skills and a knowledge of federal, state, and local regulatory environments that impact health care. Immaculata’s Health Information Management (HIM) program prepares you to analyze, protect, and share medical data for clinical, financial, and legal uses. You will gain a foundation in business, science, and information technology to help you care for patients by caring for their health data.
This program focuses on the understanding of managerial theory and practice. Students will engage in the analysis of workplace problems and evidence-based solutions. You will learn how to manage and motivate employees, including behavioral, economic, and legal implications. Additionally, strategies for effective retention and recruitment are covered.
Through the well-rounded business education in this program, you will develop managerial skills to effectively support business operations in HR management. This program includes talent management, staffing design, compensation and benefits, labor relations, legal issues, leadership, and many employee relations issues, as well as economics, marketing, accounting and finance.
