The faculty and administration at Immaculata University believe that effective, ongoing academic program assessment enables us to offer exemplary programs. Each undergraduate and graduate program is aligned to be consistent with the mission of the University.
Assessment of student learning is a core value at Immaculata. The University seeks to create an environment of evidence-based dialogue about academic programs and services, which then fosters educational excellence. A variety of activities and processes, across the University and within each college and department, reflect this commitment.
Much of CDS’s work with assessment is in support of the vice president for Academic Affairs and the University-wide Outcomes Assessment. All academic departments of Immaculata are expected to engage in assessment activity.
