Every Patient has the responsiblity:

To disclose any information which may have bearing on his/her treatment.
To follow recommendations.
To attend follow-up appointments.
To use prescription and over the counter medications according to instructions only, and to learn their side effects.
To responsibility to respect the right of access of other students to the clinic.
To provide feedback to the health center regarding its operation.
To pay attention to his/her signals of distress, e.g., fatigue, stress, pain, body's fever, bleeding, vomiting, diarrhea, etc.
To ask pertinent questions and to leave his/her visit fully informed.
To carry out his/her end of preventive health care program.
