Vehicle Regulations
The following parking regulations are in effect year around 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- The Campus Speed Limit is 15 Miles Per Hour
- All parking must be done within lined spaces
- Areas without lines, which include grass areas, are not legal parking areas
- Cars without a current permit are subject to a $15.00 fine
- Permits can be obtained at the Safety Office, Terrace Level of Lourdes
- Cars parked illegally will be ticketed and fined.
- Fines are to be paid in the Office of Campus Safety & Protection within 10 days of issuance
- Vehicles on college property may be towed, if warranted, at the discretion of Immaculata Campus Safety & Protection
- All vehicles, utilized by Faculty, Administrators, Staff and Students are required to obtain a parking permit
- Unauthorized use of handicapped parking spaces is subject to fines from both Immaculata Campus Safety & Protection and East Whiteland Police.
- Parking permits are non-transferable.
Unpaid parking violations will result in the vehicle being towed or booted (wheel immobilizer). Fines may be collected via administrative procedures to include denial receiving commencement ceremony guest tickets as well as diplomas and transcripts.
