- Immaculata University does not exclude any groups from this privilege.
- This privilege may be withdrawn by college officials at any time for failure to comply with the motor vehicle policy as set forth.
- Responsibility for finding a legal parking space rests with motor vehicle operator
- Persons who bring and operate their own cars on campus, do so at their own risk
- Immaculata University assumes no liability for theft or vandalism to vehicles parked on college property
- Enforcement applies equally to everyone
