Counseling Services

Welcome to the Counseling Services site. We encourage you to explore the information about the services available to all students through the Counseling Services. To access this information use the Counseling Services flyout menu located in the left hand navigation.

Counseling Services provides confidential support services and personal counseling for all students. We are committed to addressing developmental needs while fostering change and personal growth.

Written materials concerning mental health and personal growth are available in the reception area, and a library of books, tapes, and videos for personal and academic use is continually being updated. Counseling Services also coordinates the Peer Helper and Early Intervention Referral Program to help identify and serve at-risk students. In addition to the resources mentioned above, a variety of enjoyable and informational programs such as National Depression Screening Day, "Stress Busters," Alcohol Awareness Week, and Eating Disorders Awareness Day are regularly scheduled.

Counseling services offers day and evening appointments and after hours coverage in collaboration with Safety and Protection and Residence Life staff. Students are encouraged to call (610)647-4400 ext. 3478 or drop in for an appointment.
