Sarah Pasternak '17
Hello new Immaculata family! My name is Sarah Pasternak, I am an English/Secondary Education major and Communications minor. I grew up in northern NJ and graduated from West Essex Regional in 2013; since then I have enjoyed residing on campus with my Immaculata community.
Of my involvement thus far, I am most proud of playing for the field hockey team, while also serving as the Student Government Association Class of 2017 President. Working on Campus Ministry service trips has brought my IU family and I to New Orleans, West Virginia and North Carolina, which are some of my favorite IU memories. Additionally, I work in the Writing Center and for Athletics, where I cohost Mighty Mac Week-in-Review. I have been so incredibly blessed to call Immaculata my home as the community has prepared me for a career and much more, as I'm sure it will for you.

Hello, my name is Megan and I am a junior music therapy major with a concentration in voice and flute. I am from Langhorne, Pennsylvania and graduated Neshaminy High School in 2013. I am involved in many activities at Immaculata. I have participated in both large and small musical ensembles as well as the performing group Cue and Curtain and the acappella group In Unison. I am also involved in Music Therapy and Music Education Club. Outside of music, I served as an Admissions Ambassador, Chair of Greek Life, and a member of Alpha Xi, a service and social sorority. I also represent Region 6 in the Pennsylvania Collegiate Music Education Association which is comprised of college students within Bucks, Montgomery, Philadelphia, Chester, and Delaware County.
Immaculata has presented me with many opportunities. It also allowed me to participate in activities in and outside of my major providing me with resources, connections, and great friends. The Immaculata community gave me a wonderful family away from home. I cannot wait to meet you all in person and I promise that the opportunities presented to you at Immaculata will provide you with an amazing college experience.
