Installation

NOTE: The Cisco Clean Access Agent is required to be installed on all residential computers in order to have internet access.

To install Clean Access Agent:

  1. Users will be redirected to the Clean Access home page when they first open their browser(Internet Explorer, Firefox etc)
  2. Click OK to the security dialog box that appears when you are being redirected.
  3. Type your Immaculata username and password.
  4. Click on the Download Clean Access Agent button.
  5. Click yes to the security dialog box.
  6. Click Save on the file download dialog box.
  7. The computer will prompt you to specify a location to save the installation files. Select a location and remember it.
  8. The installation files will be saved to the specified location.
  9. The installation file's name is CCAAgentSetup.exe.
  10. Double click the file to run the installation of Clean Access Agent.
  11. Once the installation process is complete. Clean Access log in screen will come up.
  12. Log onto Clean Access Agent by typing in your Immaculata username and password.
