Installation
NOTE: The Cisco Clean Access Agent is required to be installed on all residential computers in order to have internet access.
To install Clean Access Agent:
- Users will be redirected to the Clean Access home page when they first open their browser(Internet Explorer, Firefox etc)
- Click OK to the security dialog box that appears when you are being redirected.
- Type your Immaculata username and password.
- Click on the Download Clean Access Agent button.
- Click yes to the security dialog box.
- Click Save on the file download dialog box.
- The computer will prompt you to specify a location to save the installation files. Select a location and remember it.
- The installation files will be saved to the specified location.
- The installation file's name is CCAAgentSetup.exe.
- Double click the file to run the installation of Clean Access Agent.
- Once the installation process is complete. Clean Access log in screen will come up.
- Log onto Clean Access Agent by typing in your Immaculata username and password.
