Requirements for Receiving Financial Aid 2004-2005

Financial aid is designed to assist you with educational expenses. It is not intended to cover all costs associated with a college education.

You must be a degree candidate (B.A., B.S., B.S.N., A.S.) to qualify for financial assistance in the form of Pell grants, state grants, and Federal Stafford student loans.

How to Apply

  1. 2004-2005 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). You can complete it on the web at www.fafsa.ed.gov with your PIN or you can use the paper form. The FAFSA must be completed every year. Immaculata University code is 003276. We highly recommend using the Internet application. (Required)
  2. Immaculata University Student Aid Application 2004-2005. This is required, since it will be the only way we will know if you want a Stafford Loan for 2004-2005 and how much you are requesting. (Required)
  3. Entrance Interview form. All first time borrowers must complete this form prior to receiving any student loans.
  4. Master Promissory Note (MPN). If you did not participate in the Federal Stafford Student Loan Program during 2003-2004 you must fill out the MPN and mail it to PHEAA, P.O. Box 8177, Harrisburg, PA 17105.

The entire application will take about 4-6 weeks to complete. Please allow sufficient time to process your aid application prior to registration.

You will receive an award letter after review of your completed application.
