Immaculata University looks forward to unprecedented growth in the next ten years in both its student population and in the amount of construction that will take place throughout campus. Within this section, updates will be provided regarding Immaculata University's proposed Campus Master Plan; as well as individual projects that were recently completed, are currently under construction, or are conceived for the future.
The Office of Capital Planning & Construction seeks to support the mission of Immaculata University by providing the stimulus, planning, and execution of major capital improvement projects in a manner which meets the imposed budgetary restraints, scheduling timelines, and programmatic needs of the university. Successful delivery of new or renovated facilities at Immaculata University is achieved through the implementation of a team approach; whereby this department engages the university community in the development of their facility needs, and coordinates the services of carefully selected design professionals, consultants, and contractors to fulfill those needs.
