A three-day, interactive, student-led retreat that allows Immaculatans to reflect on their life, their relationships with others, and their images of God. The weekend is filled with talks, small group discussions and group activities that revolve around questions such as, Who am I? What does it mean to be a Christian? How do I deal with conflict?
Busy Persons Retreat
This campus retreat for busy students is an on-site, guided prayer retreat that allows you to participate in it while you also engage in your daily activities. The style and method is that of a directed retreat, in which retreatants meets daily with the director who guides their reading of Scripture and their personal prayer. Retreatments commit themselves to one hour a day, which includes 30 minutes of prayer with the Scriptures and 30 minutes for meeting with their director.
"Life with Christ is a wonderful adventure." —Saint Pope John Paul II
The Holy Adventure Retreat program combines God and the great outdoors. Students spend time camping, hiking, praying, reflecting, learning new life skills, and building community. Other activities may include whitewater rafting, ziplining, and climbing.
There are different Holy Adventure opportunities, ranging from weekends during the academic year to an entire week in the summer. For more information, contact Jessica Morrell at firstname.lastname@example.org.
