Volunteer Opportunities
Become a charter member of the Immaculata Volunteer Corps!
Immaculatans give generously of themselves and their time, serving on various committees and projects that address a number of university needs. The purpose of this note is to offer IU alums the opportunity to use their talents, skills and goodwill in support of Immaculata departments and their particular activities. The attached “Menu of Opportunities” offers many areas of interest so that each volunteer may pursue her or his own particular interest(s).
What better surroundings than the beautiful grounds of Immaculata University…as Rita Callahan, Class of ’44 said, “As soon as I drive though the college gates, a feeling of peace and calm comes over me.”
Your volunteer time is your special gift to Immaculata, and in order to make it possible for you to consider joining the Corps of Volunteers, it is you, the volunteer, who will choose the activities, hours and frequency of your visits. As you will see from the attached “Menu,” the selections include daytime, evening and weekend opportunities. The choice is yours to make!
Please review the attached “Menu of Opportunities,” indicating department and activities that interest you. Also indicate the time period that will be most convenient for you, and the frequency of your visits, subject of course to changes which may occur in your schedule from time to time.
Immaculata needs you – the gift of your time and talents is priceless. We hope that you will join this new group of special Immaculata folks.
