The Heritage Society
The Immaculata Heritage Society was formed in 1995 to recognize individuals who have included Immaculata in their wills or estate plans.
The Legacy Society
The Legacy Society was established in 2006 to recognize individuals who have established an endowed fund.
The 1920 Society
The 1920 Society was formed in 2004 to acknowledge the generosity of benefactors who have given gifts to the University totaling $50,000 and above.

Bequest Provisions
Unrestricted Bequest for a specific amount
“I give and bequeath to Immaculata University, Immaculata, PA, the sum of ________ dollars (or property described herein) for general purposes.”
Percentage of Estate
“I give and bequeath to Immaculata University, Immaculata, PA ________% of my estate, after payment of all debts, expenses and taxes for general purposes.”
Endowment Bequest
“I give and bequeath to Immaculata University, Immaculata, PA, the sum of ________ dollars (a minimum of $1,000 is recommended) for the general or the _____________(name the specific) endowment fund, the principal to be invested and the income to be used for this purpose.”
Restricted Bequest
“I give and bequeath to Immaculata University, Immaculata, PA the sum of __________dollars to be used for _____________________(please contact the President’s Office for specific needs which the University has at the time of the drafting of the will). If the President determines that these funds would be better used for general or other purposes, the amount may be used for such purposes.”
Residuary Bequest
“All the rest, residue and remainder of my property, both real and personal, including any and all proceeds of insurance upon my life made payable to my estate, I give and bequeath to Immaculata University, Immaculata, PA to be used for general and other purposes”.
Contingency Bequest
“In the event that the aforementioned heirs shall predecease me or be unable to or do not accept the bequests indicated, I give and bequeath the remainder of my estate to Immaculata University, Immaculata, PA to be used for general or other purposes.
Every contribution is important to Immaculata. The University values her
alumnae/i and friends by wisely utilizing their gifts to make up the difference
between tuition revenues and the actual cost of operating the University.
Joining in the good work of Immaculata requires only a sincere effort to
help as much as one is able.
The Immaculata Legacy Fund
In 2001, The Immaculata Legacy Fund was established at Immaculata with a gift of $1,000,000 from the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, to preserve the spirit of service and the charisma of education which this teaching order has personified.
You may contribute to the Legacy Fund at any time through an outright or planned gift. The current giving levels for the Legacy Fund are as follows:

- Scholarship or Program $ 250,000
- General Endowment Funds*
- General Scholarship Fund
- Faculty Development Fund
- General Lecture Fund
*A minimum gift of $1000 to a general endowment funds is requested.
