Capital Projects
Immaculata University looks forward to unprecedented growth in the next ten years in both its student population and in the amount of construction that will take place throughout campus. Within this section, updates will be given on current capital projects that have been initiated. The university will also share detailed information on long range plans which include two (2) new buildings, a new stadium and track, renovation of Alumnae Hall and the existing residence hall, Marian and DeChantal halls, and miscellaneous supporting infrastructure initiatives.
Currently, a Campus Master Plan is being developed and fine-tuned to meet the needs of students and growth populations over the next five to seven years.
