Constitution and By-Laws
On September 16, 2007, the Board of Governors of the Alumni Association approved, by a two-thirds majority, the following Amendments to the Constitution and By-Laws of the Alumni Association of Immaculata. Pursuant to Article VI of each document, these revisions are published herein to allow public comment within the next thirty days.
