Resume and Transcripts for Dietetic Internship

Cover Letter

The cover letter is to be addressed to the Dietetic Internship Selection Committee. Please include any additional information that you feel will assist the selection committee in understanding who you are and your reasons for applying to the program.

Resume

A current professional resume outlining your education and work experience is to be included in the application packet. Upon acceptance to the program a copy of this resume will be forwarded to the assigned practice facility.

Official Transcripts

Submit two official transcripts from each undergraduate and graduate school attended. Transcripts are to be in envelopes sealed by the issuing institution(s). If a school will not send an official transcript directly to you, you may have it sent to Immaculata University College of Graduate Studies. If the transcripts are being forwarded directly to Immaculata please note this on the application checklist.
