GEN 503 – Interpersonal Relations (3 credits)
An in-depth study of the various methodological approaches to research prepares students for graduate research.

GEN 502 – Methods of Research (3 credits)
The meaning of interpersonal relationships is studied, with a focus on key concepts, such as raising the level of one’s self-awareness and developing a basic framework for understanding two-person interactions.

*GEN 501 – Human Development (3 credits)
The course focuses on human development as a lifelong process of interaction between the individual and the environment within particular contexts. Cognition, emotions, and values are seen as influencing behavior and the role people play in their own development.

*GEN 505 – Adult Human Development (3 credits)
Focus in human development as a lifelong process of interaction between the individual and the environment within particular contexts. Cognition, emotions, and values are seen as influencing behavior and the role people play in their own development.
