Education Club
The Education Club for the Women's College at Immaculata College seeks to interest future teachers in the Immaculata University Teacher Certification Program. In addition, the club helps prepare future teachers for the classroom environment, promotes professionalism and develops leadership skills, provides support for prospective teachers, and offers opportunities for interaction with professionals and peers. The club meets four times during the year including a "get acquainted" social, a prayer service for student teachers, a visit by a professional educator who graduated from Immaculata, and a sharing session for undergrads by the graduating student teachers.
