Internship/Field Experience
The Internship Program at Immaculata has as its fundamental purpose the integration of learning with life. Students have the opportunity to apply what they have learned, and to explore new places, to experience new people, and to broaden their perspective and personal goals. Through affiliation with an agency a company, students encounter professional role models and observe the practical aspects of their career interests. Such experiences enable students to make more informed career choices at the completion of their college education.
Internships are arranged on an individual basis through the direction of your academic department chair or Career Services. Numerous programs carry academic credit, while others are extracurricular academic experiences.
