CLEP Registration

Immaculata offers the CLEP exams twice a month on alternating Saturday morning and weekeday evenings. Visit the Test Dates page to find out when the tests are being offered.

Exam dates fill up quickly so it is suggested that you register a few months in advance of the test date. At the very latest, your registration form must reach the CLEP Administrator two weeks before the examination date. Spaces are only reserved with a written registration form. Registration forms can be acquired from the CLEP Administrator or on the CLEP website.

Testing Fees

A fee of $55.00 will be charged for the CLEP examination payable to College Level Examination Program. There is also a $15.00 fee payable to Immaculata University for the transcription of CLEP credits.

Testing fees must accompany your registration. You may register by credit card using Visa, MasterCard or American Express only. You may also pay by check. If paying by check make sure to include your social security number, your daytime phone number, and your Student ID number if you are a student at Immaculata University.

Filling out the Form

When filling out the Registration Form, be sure to include the test date you wish to sit for the exam. You will also need to include the code number for Immaculata University as the site location for your exam. This code is 2320.

Make sure you complete all of the information on the registration page and sign your form. If you are repeating the exam make sure to answer question 16 on the form. You may only sit for one exam per test date.
